I thought you might like to see a recent article (Jan 26) about Village Green Cafe from our friends at Reflections Magazine!


In addition, it also contains an easy and gluten free frittata which is perfect for lunch or a casual supper with friends. It makes the most of the humble leek, which is at its best this month. 


All that is needed as an accompaniment is a little green salad with a light cider vinegar dressing and some good sourdough.
